Yes! Then it’s time to start setting intentional goals to help you manifest your best life yet.
In my chapter in the book, Wild Woman Rising, I talk about how ‘Our experiences, success and happiness are directly linked to the thoughts we think and the words we speak. If you’re trying to manifest your best life yet, you really need to focus on your thoughts, subconscious beliefs and what you put out to the universe.’
We often hear people say things like ‘you are what you eat’, but when it comes to manifesting your best life yet, I believe it’s much more relevant to say ‘YOU ARE WHAT YOU FEEL, THINK AND BELIEVE’. If you’re stuck in the rut of negative self-talk, speaking ill of others or simply framing everything in a negative light… cancel, cancel, cancel those thoughts, actions and subconscious beliefs.
Here’s three steps to get you ‘setting goals to manifest your best life yet’:
Get clear on what you truly want
What is your soul’s deepest desire? What will make you truly happy?
Remember this is about you. It’s about your ‘truth’, your essence and your happiness. Start by writing down three things that would make YOU genuinely happy in your life. Next write down the feelings and emotions you would feel if you had those things in your life. Finally, sit quietly, close your eyes and feel that emotion in relation to each one. You’ll work out very quickly what’s important to YOU and what you’d like to manifest.
Focus on your mindset
What are your thoughts about your soul’s desire? Do you think you can truly live that life? How do you feel about being truly happy?
Our subconscious beliefs are very powerful and need to be fully aligned to the goals we’re trying to manifest. Here’s a quick process to start removing subconscious thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back from manifesting your dream life.
First, take a deep breath in and out, ensuring you consciously release all the negative energy, feelings and emotions in your body right now. Repeat this several times. Next focus on one negative emotion, feeling or belief that has been in your conscious mind in relation to your soul’s desire.
Take a deep breath in and repeat in your mind:
I release all positive and negative emotions with _ (negative emotion/feeling/belief) _ through all space and time.
Release your breath and repeat this process three times for each negative emotion, feeling or belief.
Lastly, focus on your soul’s desire and repeat in your mind:
I’m so happy and grateful for _(your soul’s desire, goal, dream)_
Feel the positive energy, feelings and emotions in relation to your goal throughout your body.
Set your intention, be positive and focus on your goal
Remember setting goals to manifest your best life is all about YOU.
It’s time to get serious and start manifesting. So, for each goal you’re working towards, break it down into achievable milestones. Think about what positive action you will need to take to progress towards achieving your goal. For example, if you want to land your dream job. Look at the skills, knowledge and experience you need and start working towards it. Do you need to take a class, connect with industry professionals, work with a mentor, volunteer in your chosen industry, update your CV?
To create momentum and ensure you achieve your goals, it’s important to take positive action that will propel you closer to manifesting your best life yet!
